Mike
General Manager and Co-Owner

Mike is the General Manager and co-owner of Security Gate and Access, LLC. Raised in Philadelphia, he moved to Washington State in 1973 and served with the US Army at Fort Lewis with a combat engineer battalion. In 1982 he entered the fencing business and has been in the industry since then. He enjoys hanging out with his wife Diane, preparing gourmet meals for family and friends, fly fishing and lives on a lake in Pierce County.

Diane Maggitti is Co-Owner and Office Manager for SGA. While her main job at SGA is being the bookkeeper, she is also a mom to two daughters; Michelle and Leah, and Grandmom to 3 Grandsons and 1 Granddaughter, not to mention Wife to Mike Maggitti. Along with being an entrepreneur she also knows the importance of giving back. Currently working with an Organization called Helping Hand House, which is dedicated to end Family Homelessness. She enjoys Living on a lake, Family and Friends time, Gardening, Genealogy and Knitting/Crocheting.
Duke
Sr. Electrical Technician/Project Manager/Co-Owner

Duke is not only our lead tech, he is our solution specialist. While he still finds time to run around using his hands, he is our official site consultant. He started in the fence industry at a young age building fence for his father’s company, which he then took over and managed for over 5 years. When SGA opened its doors, he left the fence behind and went to work. Immediately training under a master electrician he quickly acquired his specialty license. He traveled to Tulsa Oklahoma to attend the IDEA, and AFA schools. He has attended numerous manufacturer schools since, and enjoys working with their reps. He loves the outdoors, especially: steelhead fishing, archery hunting for Roosevelt Elk, camping, and gold dredging. He was born, raised, and resides with his fiancée Amanda in Washington.
