This company stands behind their work even after 5 years.I have done electrical contractor work for them for years. I have a customer that I have done multiple jobs for including the gate SGA installed over 5 years ago.She called them 6 or 7 months age for additional remotes for the access gate.Apparently when SGA's crew was there either "she" the customer had a bad day or their crew did but she wasn't satisfied with them. When the gate wasn't working properly, she called me because she had lost trust in SGA.I made 1 call to Duke and told him of the situation. He didn't hesitate one minute. He went out there the next day and completely fixed the problems with the gate and didn't even charge her. What awesome customer service. 10 ⭐️service.Thanks Duke

We had some trouble getting equipment and with scheduling. Today Cameron returned to install a security box. He not only does exceptional work but makes sure customers are knowledgeably about battery’s, warning lights, and operational codes. We were very pleased with his skill and ability today.

Our neighborhood had a 20 year old gate that was in need of an upgrade in terms of technology and mechanical improvements. the support we received getting our neighborhood gate as good as new was exceptional.SGA was a true partner and I am so glad we found them to do the job. We used SGA to replace and repair an automatic gate for our neighborhood. From start to finish, they were very responsive and showed a high level of professionalism. Due to Covid and unforeseen complications, this job took a while to complete. However, during that time, SGA and their masonry contractor never made us feel as though we had slipped through the cracks. Special thanks to David, Trudy & Casey who were instrumental in getting our job complete.

I work for a company that had our gate installed by Nathan who was extremely professional and just a joy of a person. The chain to our gate had to be repaired and they explained they would have a technician out in a couple days which is still a pretty quick response time. It was even quicker to our surprise when we saw Nathan walking up! He was here to fix our gate a day early and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. All our customers really liked him and his sparkling personality. He explained everything and the gate ended up being even better than before! He did a fantastic job and I couldn't recommend anyone more. Definitely Five Star service!

I would highly recommend Security Gate and Access LLC! They originally installed my gate about 4 years ago, and it has worked great! This last year there was a series of weird/abnormal glitches that took place with my gate over a period of about 7 months. (more just unlucky situations). They showed complete dedication in trying to get it fixed, and finally solving the mystery after all of that time! I have appreciated their diligence and customer service in getting this problem finally resolved!

My company hired SGA to repair the barrier arms on our gate system after someone hit them with their vehicle. I am very pleased with the service they provided! Nathan, their technician, was very helpful and ensured that the job was completed in a diligent and professional manner. We will definitely use them again.

He was professional and truly knew everything about my security gate. He explained every step of the maintenance, making notes for future inspections. I highly recommend this company! I have always had a great customer experience working with the office staff and the field. I had my gate installed couple years ago and couple times I have had a problem, they have always been very responsive and even on a weekend!. I've been around and aware of security gate for the past 15 years since their inception. I find their owners and estimators be highly skilled and quite knowledgeable in their field. Their technicians are licensed by the state and and are trained and certified to national industrial standards. I would highly recommend them for any job weather residential or commercial no matter how big or how small.

Mike does a great job making sure every detail is taken care of and that the customer is always happy.

Very helpful when I stopped to get a rough estimate for a entrance gate. However they are very expensive since all components of the gate and fencing are custom built.

If I could give the team at SGA more stars, I'd do it.We had one of those gate projects that we all just hate. Multiple delays and product problems for seven+ months..... nobody's fault, just stuff.SGA hung in delightfully while we all just walked it through together. SGA took care of all the issues and we actually ended up with an even better gate!I would recommend them unconditionally to anyone looking for a great security gate.

I called numerous gate companies and the only one to even call me back was SGA. They called me back right away, scheduled an appointment very quickly and solved the problem immediately, all with a fair price! After the service call they even called to follow-up to ensure everything was satisfactory. This is what doing business should look like.

Our 20-year-old double leaf Electric gate stopped working, boo-hoo. After a good deal of research into other companies we contacted security gate and dealt with three different people including the owner. All three were prompt, efficient, quite pleasant and best of all we didn't feel we had been taken advantage of or paid too much.Hello,one year later now. Failure, failure,another boohoo because one of the two electric gate operators stopped working. However Security Gate and Access honored their warranty with prompt and friendly service. SGA installed a 30 foot cantilevered gate for our community about two years ago. Not only is the gate operation extremely reliable, but their customer service is also prompt and professional. It's gratifying to find businesses that do what they say they're going to do, and show up when they say they'll be there. We couldn't be happier about our entire experience working with Mike Maggitti and his team at SGA.

These are absolutely the most accommodating and helpful people around, and they are also very skillful. In 2016, SGA completely rehabilitated our gate, which included fabricating a new swing arm and replacing the drive motor and controls. The work was done on time and within the agreed budget (which was about half the cost of a well-known competitor). SGA also took the time to show me how to operate the controller, which we appreciated when our power failed and we needed to open the gate manually. Today, "Duke" was on-site to perform annual maintenance. He fixed the alignment of the post, assured all mechanical and electronic parts were operating properly and even painted a few nicks on the frame. All of the personnel at SGA have a wonderfully helpful attitude, and are committed to making their customers happy.
