This company stands behind their work even after 5 years.I have done... electrical contractor work for them for years. I have a customer that I have done multiple jobs for including the gate SGA installed over 5 years ago.She called them 6 or 7 months age for additional remotes for the access gate.Apparently when SGA's crew was there either "she" the customer had a bad day or their crew did but she wasn't satisfied with them. When the gate wasn't working properly, she called me because she had lost trust in SGA.I made 1 call to Duke and told him of the situation. He didn't hesitate one minute. I work for a company that had our gate installed by Nathan who was extremely... professional and just a joy of a person. The chain to our gate had to be repaired and they explained they would have a technician out in a couple days which is still a pretty quick response time. It was even quicker to our surprise when we saw Nathan walking up! He was here to fix our gate a day early and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. All our customers really liked him and his sparkling personality. He explained everything and the gate ended up being even better than before! I would highly recommend Security Gate and Access LLC! They originally... installed my gate about 4 years ago, and it has worked great! This last year there was a series of weird/abnormal glitches that took place with my gate over a period of about 7 months. (more just unlucky situations). They showed complete dedication in trying to get it fixed, and finally solving the mystery after all of that time! Their technicians are licensed by the state and and are trained and certified to national industrial standards. If I could give the team at SGA more stars, I'd do it.We had one of those gate... projects that we all just hate. Multiple delays and product problems for seven+ months..... nobody's fault, just stuff.SGA hung in delightfully while we all just walked it through together. After a... good deal of research into other companies we contacted security gate and dealt with three different people including the owner. All three were prompt, efficient, quite pleasant and best of all we didn't feel we had been taken advantage of or paid too much.Hello,one year later now. These are absolutely the most accommodating and helpful people around, and they... are also very skillful. In 2016, SGA completely rehabilitated our gate, which included fabricating a new swing arm and replacing the drive motor and controls. The work was done on time and within the agreed budget (which was about half the cost of a well-known competitor). SGA also took the time to show me how to operate the controller, which we appreciated when our power failed and we needed to open the gate manually. Today, "Duke" was on-site to perform annual maintenance. He fixed the alignment of the post, assured all mechanical and electronic parts were operating properly and even painted a few nicks on the frame. All of the personnel at SGA have a wonderfully helpful attitude, and are committed to making their customers happy.read more
